Hello and welcome to another Friday Favorites!   This time my trip to Texas spanned seven days, if you count travel time and I'm counting it!   

 Above, we met up with a friend (his wife wasn't able to make it) that we've had since Darling Husband's first job out of college.  The five of us (plus, two of our TX daughters) had brunch at the Four Seasons.  

 After brunch, our two daughters spent the afternoon with us at the pool--any place where they serve you food and drinks while you're lounging at the pool qualifies as livin' large!

While in Grapevine, I went to my favorite store to scope out their Johnny Was selection.  I'd been looking at this Boho Tassel Blouse for months on the JW website (which is now sold out), it was 1/2 off!

Did you notice the necklace in the above photo?  It's another instance of having the beads for awhile.  This is the third necklace version I've tried making with them, which is finally a win.  It was worn for the first time with the top.

Right after we got home, Darling Husband and I rolled right into helping our daughter move.  He was the brawn with packing and moving boxes (she'd packed most of them ahead of time and hired men to load a U-Haul, but there was still plenty to do).  I babysat the littlest guy (18 mos.) and helped unpack the following day.  Think six to eight boxes in the kitchen...  I was going to have one of the kids (7 & 5 yrs old) take a photo, but they were too full of adrenaline and were row-dy!

And, "ta da!" the finished version of the ring setting.  The band was picked up yesterday.  🌟Feeling awfully glam!🌟

Thanks so much for hanging in there with me this week!  I'm surprised I was able to get all of my posts out!  I'm looking forward to styling my new Johnny Was shirt next week.  Fingers crossed I'll also have a try-on for you.  Have a fab-u-lous weekend!
