Despite how crazy this year has been, the world keeps on turning and fall is approaching in a few weeks whether we like it or not! Or, can believe it or not! I know lots of people are abuzz with the approaching Nordstrom Annual Sale. I might skip it altogether this year, as I haven't had the best of luck in the past. What I am interested in is taking a look at what Sundance catalog is offering for fall. I challenged myself to narrow my favorites down and this is what I came up with.
1. Laurel bloom top (above). It contains some of my favorite colors and is a style I love. It reminds me a lot of my first Valetta top.

2. Best Travel Skirt. I'm loving all of the vintage-look mix of fabrics in this skirt. Could I make it myself? Yes, I could. The problem would be acquiring all of those gorgeous fabrics even if I knew where to look for them.
4. Accessories. The belt has kind of a twist/braided look. The necklace stones are labradorites, which often look gray, but reflect different colors depending on what you wear them with.
3. Joyrich Skinny Jeans. For as much as I don't love skinny jeans, I had a pair very much like this before I lost weight and got a lot of wear out of them. They are on my "must try on" list, at the very least!
5. Ring Mules. I have a pair of leopard mules that look like slippers. I am really crushing on these, though. They are very spendy, so I'm not sure I'll take the plunge, or maybe decide to get them if they go on sale. Sundance runs 20% off every so often.
That's it for my picks. Boy, were they hard to narrow down! Plus, one shirt I liked is almost sold out and another is very limited. I guess people are deciding to shop!

Sneak Peek: Remember last week's Friday Favorites? I got a start on copying my beige top. The gathering/smocking is probably a little off, but I think I can work with it. Also, Joann's had some wide red lace. It should get finished this weekend.
Correction:
I will do Monday's Style Imitating Art post and may set up a post for Wednesday. After that, I think I'll be off for awhile, I'm not sure how long. If you're the praying kind, I'd appreciate your prayers!
