The Challenge
Hey, there! This cardigan is one of my nuuly picks and I was anxious to style it. (Side note: My nuuly picks this month were disappointing. Several of my top choices were not available, so I had to go deep into things I wasn't as crazy about.) While this cardigan is a 2nd- or 3rd-stringer, it ended up being my favorite. The color is a pink/beige, although, I wouldn't call it blush, it's a bit brighter than that.
The Details
Along with the cardigan, I added an Umbra peasant top, my cabi patch jeans (I looked through my blog posts and don't see these appearing before. What the what?) When patch jeans were all the rage a few years ago, I wasn't interested in them. Not until afterward, for whatever reason, I became crazy about them. These were found at one of the trips here at the outlet where I'm sure I got them for under $60. I guess I keep them mostly for "around the house" jeans since they are so comfortable. And, ya'll are going to be seeing these Freebird booties till you are sick of them, because I love them so much. (These are white snakeskin, this variation is now sold out, but there are still other colors.)
The Takeaway
Have fun with oversized pieces. This funky cardigan has several not-so-serious items combined with it, to make it look right at home.
