The Challenge
Good grief!  Today's post title should have been "How to Catch the Exact Lighting to Make You Look Every Bit Your Age or Older"!  So, today, you get decapitation and some soft focus!

Snakeskin has been really popular again this season.  I'm kind of indifferent to it for a couple of reasons:  1) It's so often in black and/or grey, and 2) The print is so fine.  The styling for this t-shirt has been quite simple since it goes with many other items already in my wardrobe.

The Details
When I found this inexpensive $5 t-shirt at H&M a few months ago (my blog friend Fonda has the same print in a dress), because it was in pinks and browns, I snapped it up.

This soft white cardigan was found at an Old Navy outlet--remember my Orlando trip?  The Paige jeans* from my last post were added.  My opal made-by-me-necklace and bracelet go so well with the shirt they had to be included.  Although, a pink handbag* was selected, I think I would prefer a brown bag instead.
*Purchased at Nordstrom Rack.

The Takeaway
If you haven't been a fan of snakeskin, but want to give it a try, keep your eyes open for a variation that coordinates with your style preferences--it's likely out there.  I would also pair this top with my brown lantern pants or brown jeans and put any other color cardigan with it, e.g., bright orange, teal...  I'm also going to give the t-shirt a go with white jeans and a pink cardi.

Have you found different variations of snakeskin that you like?
